Could you possibly document the annotate_code protoc option, because it is suggested as the way to add @Generated annotation to the generated Java classes in the resolution to #42.

Currently, neither the 'Java generated code' reference documentation nor the section on options in the 'Language guide' mention this option, making it unclear if it is supported (and can be built upon) or not.
