Summary

Breakdown the TX fee to show where it gets allocated.

Problem Definition

Users would like to see how the TX fee is broken down in terms of who gets what percentage. This would be shown on the block page (most accurate) and the TX detail page.

Proposal

Add additional breakdown of the TX fee according to the following calculation:
TDB

This can be applied to both the block details and the TX details.
