following calls are needed to retrieve account balance (and understand it)

GET accountHttp.getAccountInfo - this provides mosaic ids and balances
POST mosaicHttp.getMosaics - this provides divisibility in the mosaic properties
POST mosaicHttp.getMosaicNames - this resolves mosaic name for mosaic id

Consider creating some API above all this to simplify retrieval of all that data
