Description of the bug

I have a prusa xl 5 tool printer. I want to print with only 2 colors. I bucket fill the 3d object, and then highlight areas with the second color. the bucket fill color is tool head 4, the highlights are toolhead 5. When I slice a third color gets added. Its white, tool head #1.
