http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Data-IEEE754-Tools+0.018002 shows it's with the ivsize=4 (32bit integers) only

no failures in v0.018004 CPAN Testers Matrix after reasonable testing, including on ivsize=4 machines. Bug fixed
