If a QS Cloud app has a certain tag set (configured via
Butler.qlikSenseCloud.event.mqtt.tenant.alert.emailNotification.reloadAppFailure.alertEnableByTagsetting in Butler's config file), Butler will send alerts when the app fails reloading.Alert destinations are email, Slack, Teams to begin with.
This ticket assumes #1196 is implemented first.
