When running on the same server as Qlik Sense, Butler could be made to monitor those services and sent alerts to any of the usual alert destinations when a service isn't running as expected.
The caveat would be that this would only work when Butler is running on the very same server as Qlik Sense itself.
Still, it would be a solution that's easy to deploy and integrate with the other kinds of monitoring offered by Butler and Butler SOS.
