Java Discord Bot Permanently Marked As "Starting"

Describe the bug
I've programmed a simple Discord Bot in Java and have added it as a server on my panel. It starts up and works just fine, but is marked as "starting" by my panel.

Panel: 7.2.29-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 (cli) (built: Mar 20 2020 13:54:39) ( NTS )
Daemon: Linux s22 4.15.0-91-generic #92-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 28 11:09:48 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Docker: 19.03.8

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload a Discord Bot JAR file to a new server.
2. Start it.
3. See it marked as starting.
   

Expected behavior
It should be marked as "online."
