Add a "backup" talk status

As a papers team coordinator, apart from accepting/rejecting/confirming/etc talks, I want to have another status which is "backup". "Backup" talks should receive an email which is not an acceptance or a rejection email, but one which says something like "could you please be a backup speaker in case someone drops out?".
