Extract MetaWeblog into separate repo

Not exactly an issue, but it would helpful if you could publish your updated metaweblog.el file to a separate repo so that people could build their own WP interfaces on top of it.

Yes, seems like a good thing to do. I'll probably make a new "release" once, 7.6 of org-mode is released.

I've put off a new release of org2blog, but have extracted metaweblog.el into a separate repository. I have not yet decided, whether or not to remove the metaweblog.el file from here. Doing so will add an "additional" dependency.
