In the documentation on how to install Bolt on Ubuntu the Ubuntu versions listed are: 18.04 and 20.04. Suggested change: add Ubuntu 22.04

I tested the existing instructions for previous versions of Ubuntu, seeing if it would work for 22.04. After running those commands, it gave me no error, so I guess the process is the same. I'll fork and update the documentation accordingly.
