Expected Behavior

One can read the contributing guidelines as there are no dead links.

Thanks @XSpielinbox for raising, and sorry for inconvenience. Due to the recent migration from Puppet to Perforce lead to this issue. I have raised with Document Team to get new contribution guide, once we get the update from document Team will update for all modules.
