What happened?

Narrator is announcing incorrect role as 'Group' for the tab items present inside the 'Edit your manifest' dialogue.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the PWA Builder URL in Anaheim dev browser.
  2. PWA Builder page will appear.
  3. Navigate to the 'Edit your Manifest' button activate it.
  4. Turn on the narrator using Ctrl + Win + Enter.
  5. Dialogue will appear now navigate to the tab items info, setting, platforms, etc.
  6. Observe the narrator's announcement.

What do you expect to happen?

Narrator must announce the info, setting, etc., tab items as tab with proper positioning such as 1 of 7.

What environment were you using?

Test Environment:
OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview 22H2 (23493.1000)
Edge Browser: Version 115.0.1880.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
User ID: V-
URL: https://www.pwabuilder.com/reportcard?site=https://webboard.app
Screen Reader: Narrator

Additional context

Note:
Issue is also repro at https://www.pwabuilder.com/reportcard?site=https://example.com

Observation:
Issue does not repro with NVDA.

User Experience:
If the proper role as tab will not be announced by the narrator, then the screen reader users will not get the information of the control and they may get confused.
