How to use the wrapping script for the blue_hydra in a non pwn_pad

This is regarding the the wrapper for blue_hydra that creates csv files.

This is clearly not an "issue" and I understand if this seems like a ridiculous question, but for us that are new to Linux and and in general a bit slow, is it possible to have someone to elaborate what files/folders that need to be changed to get this working on for example Kali? What does for example px_functions.sh on line 8 refer to?
