[ENH] Simulation module for data-generating graphical models emphasizing usage with discrete data

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Adds a more abstract/generic interface for simulating data from a graphical model
• Allows both continuous and discrete data in the new dictionary-based API leveraging networkx's node and edge attributes
