Config option to change T2 and T4 train wagon length to full size

When I hit the second tier of trains in pyanodon I realized, that the new wagons are half the length of a normal one. This invalidated all of my trainstop designs which relied on a standard wagon size.
An option in the settings to change half wagons to full wagons would allow me to reuse my existing setups. The visual could be just two wagongs slapped together. This probably would look a bit weird when turning corners but that's an acceptable drawback in my opinion.

This would be better as a 3rd party mod.

I could probably manage the coding part but the remaining Issue would be the textures.
