#258 is about a bug caused by changing the navbar height. This bug occurs with no extra configuration, at least in Sphinx 2.4.4.

This page, opened in a narrow window and with semitransparency toggled via devtools, shows the problem:

Presumably a ::before selector is needed for dt[id] to complement the ones already present on h1-h6 elements

I suppose this is a duplicate of #267, which was just fixed in #280 (but not yet in released version)
