DOC: The documentation websites frequently hang

Issue with current documentation:

It is a common issue for me that when I'm trying to find something in the documentation, the website will hang, sometimes for 2-3 minutes at a time before it becomes responsive again. This happens for all the documentation websites in the pymc ecosystem (e.g., pytensor).

It really kills my productivity. Great code is useless without documentation and documentation is useless without decent web hosting...

This is not a new issue - been experiencing this almost every time I go to the doc pages for almost a year.
