feature request: pipenv lock -r without the dev packages

i cant wait for pipfile support in pip but till then.... i need to use something like pipenv lock -r | pip install - in my docker images if i dont want to ship pipenv in them. i would love to see a switch if the dev packages are in the requirments.txt or not.

i think this is not needed in docker image because of pipenv --system --deploy. sorry
