Like #11 , I thought the --help message is useless, then I googled twine usage, and found this readme from pypi: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/twine/1.9.1.

It's different from github's readme (step 2 is gone), maybe need updated?

Thanks for the report, @laixintao. I'm sorry for the trouble.

You're referring to "Register your project (if necessary):" when you mention step 2, correct?

We last released twine with version 1.9.1 in May 2017. Since then, we've updated twine's register usage guidance and documentation, including in the README -- #259, #267, #292.

I would like to get a new release out soon but I'm twine's newest co-maintainer and am still learning how to do so.

Closing since https://pypi.org/project/twine/1.10.0/ is now out.
