While responding to #671 (and other issues), I saw that the current suggestion is:
NOTE: Try --verbose to see response content.
Now that Twine has more useful verbose logging (as of 3.3.0), I think we might enable users to self-serve more effectively with a message like:
For more details, retry the upload with the --verbose option.

I'm +1 on this. It doesn't show the response content only but also files to be uploaded, etc.
