The accuracy from 'epsg:3294' to 'epsg:4326'

I have some .las files using 'epsg:3294'. I want to transform the coordinate systme to 'epsg:4326'. The following is my code:

transformer = pyproj.Transformer.from_crs('epsg:3294', 'epsg:4326', always_xy=True)
print(transformer.accuracy)

las.x, las.y = transformer.transform(las.x, las.y)
las.write(out_file)

but the resulting precision after converting the coordinates is too low for my needs.
