After a bit of googling I believe it is todo with this issue.

I believe it needs to be updated to work with: libvte-2.91-dev?

I am not overly adept at C and I am not sure how vbterm has handled this otherwise I would have fired off a PR.

I really like sterm and the ability to configure via an rc file, do you think a fix would be possible?
