CIGAR ops names in docs don't match the ones in the code

The enum constants representing CIGAR operations are documented are documented as having names like BAM_CMATCH, BAM_CINS etc. But the actual constants in the pysam module are named pysam.CMATCH, pysam.CINS etc, without the BAM_ prefix.
