Where is the global config stored?

One day I noticed my ZDL config got wiped and I had to re-add everything, so I wonder where it's been saved.

I'm on Windows 11 if that helps

Are you building your own from a current source checkout, or are you using the old prebuilt binaries? I think the answer changes depending on which one.

For the current codebase, I can't give you a quick answer, but this is where I'd go to start looking.
