Unable to launch post fresh install Debian10

Hi all,
I've just recently updated my OMV4 to OMV5 which has changed the underlying OS from Deb9 to Deb10.
I just tried to do a fresh install of qbit-nox and when I try to launch I get this qbittorrent-nox: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.62.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
Now I've had a look and I have libboost-system1.67-dev/stable,stable,now 1.67.0-13+deb10u1 amd64 [installed,automatic] libboost-system1.67.0/stable,stable,now 1.67.0-13+deb10u1 amd64 [installed,automatic].

So as this is the only source of reference I have: #11001

I've searched repeatedly with different tools and found no instances of the old library.
dpkg -s, shows that it isn't installed. dpkg --info shows there is no archive.
I've attempted to launch the executable from /usr/bin and gotten the same issue.

Any suggestions on how I might otherwise troubleshoot this?

In case anyone else has this ISSUE, it appears during the update in Debian it moves some files to /usr/local/ that would normally be in /usr/.
Delete the relevant qbittorrent-nox files from this directory as this is the old version still being called thus the libboost error, then reinstall and it should launch without issue.
