Program stalling and not responding

I have the most current MacOS with full updates and started getting the qbittorent stalling and found that when I had Lulu port blocking running in the background it would stall out but turning Lulu off then starting q it would then load just fine and then I could open Lulu and it would all work properly. don't know if it will help tracking down the issue or not. maybe it will help others.
