With 4.4.1 QB doesn't come to the top when opening a torrent, is it a bug or a purposeful change?

Hi!
I find this a tad annoying every since I used QB (and before when I uset µt) the client came to the top when I opened a torrent or magnet link. Now it stays in the background with only the taskbar button flashing.
Was this changed intentionally?
