Occasionally my network goes down and causes the tracker to come up with the error message "Host is unreachable", but when the network is back to normal I try to forced announce and the tracker still not work, with error message "Host is unreachable".
I'm sure the host of the tracker is accessible, as I can add a torrent and have it work properly.
Maybe qBittorrent skipped the announce for the unreachable tracker, but that's not what I want. I want qBittorrent to announce for all trackers, whether it is reachable or not.
