Set Priority/Position when adding a Torrent

Hi,

In older versions I coud give a torrent certain position in the "queue": the first, the last, the #2, #8... wit two Icons with a shape of "arrows" in the top Menu. Now, I can't see these Icons:

Have these Icons dissapeared in the newer versions or I need to activate them using some option in tne "options"?

I don't really understand why this option isn't enabled as default, as in the earlier versions.
