More than likely "4.5.0 beta 2" & any other official builds will use Qt 6.4.x

CI builds will use Qt 6.4.0 soon (at least on windows)

No preview builds of any dependency will be generally available/provided.

Preview/Beta/Release Candidate of any dependency will be used "in-house" for general testing purposes.
