In the Settings' Downloads tab, when the "Keep incomplete torrents in $PATH" is enabled, add an advanced feature that would delay moving to either the "Default Save Path" (if no category and automatic torrent management mode is disabled) or the category specific path is set and auto torrent mgmt mode is enabled.
For new torrents that have just been downloaded, delaying the move may help increase seeding when the torrent is extremely active. Moving can happen later on.
Some of the delays could be set to specific values (e.g. 2h after completed) or could be relative (e.g. when it switches to stalled upload for 10min).
For particularly large torrents, this would definitely help a client with a delay set up, to be active in the swarm longer or without interruptions until it's no longer so much in demand.
