WebUI on qBittorrent-NOX does not work after system reboot unless service restarted.

Wasn't sure if this was a BUG (or more likely I'm doing something wrong).

Scenario:
I'm running a NOX on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (fully patched as of this date).
The NOX version was 4.4.1 and was installed via one of the Ubuntu Archive Repos.
I have a "/etc/systemd/system/qbittorrent-nox.service" file that facilitates auto start upon reboot and worked fine.

Upgrade steps:
Added the official Stable PPA and got bumped to version 4.5.5.
This seemed to work until system reboot.
After reboot, I can access the WebUI and add a known working torrent but the seed and peer stays at 0.
Checked the systemctl status and it appears green.
Restarting the service fixes the problem until the next reboot.

Note:
This was not the case with v4.4.1.

Anyone got any idea whats wrong, what to check or what I'm doing wrong please?
