RSS ignoreDays Behavior Inconsistency: New Entries Are Ignored Despite Expectation

Description of the problem:

I have encountered an unexpected behavior with the ignoreDays setting in the RSS downloader feature of qBittorrent. Based on my understanding, I assumed that ignoreDays would only affect already-matched RSS items and allow new RSS entries to be matched immediately. However, it seems that once an item matches successfully, ignoreDays prevents matching any new RSS entries until the specified number of days have passed.

This behavior conflicts with my expectations. I believe ignoreDays should apply only to previously matched RSS items, allowing newly refreshed RSS entries to be matched immediately, irrespective of the ignoreDays value.
Suggested improvement:

I understand that some users might prefer the current behavior, while others, like me, expect ignoreDays to work differently. To accommodate different needs, I propose adding a toggle or option that allows users to choose between:

Applying ignoreDays only to already-matched RSS items (matched and .torrent file successfully downloaded, desired behavior for new entries).
Applying ignoreDays to all RSS entries, including new ones (current behavior).

Steps to reproduce:

Set up an RSS feed in qBittorrent.
Configure a filter with ignoreDays enabled.
Observe that new RSS entries do not match immediately after a successful match, even when they appear fresh in the feed.

Expected behavior:

New RSS entries should be evaluated for matching regardless of the ignoreDays setting, which should only affect previously matched items.
Actual behavior:

New RSS entries are ignored until the ignoreDays period elapses.
Additional information:

This behavior might be a deliberate design choice, but it feels inconsistent with the way RSS downloading workflows are typically expected to function. Adding flexibility through a user-configurable option could resolve the issue for all users.
