qBittorrent & operating system versions

v4.6.7 64-bit Linux 6.6.54-2-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Oct 8 03:11:08 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux

What is the problem?

all downloads are stalled. no dht discover (?), zero nodes. cant guess if ISP is blinding connections or not.
(Deluge and Transmission are working fine)

Steps to reproduce

launch app and see all seed and peers number to zero. no dht available
