Splash image is big, could be resized (in rst export)?

It would be nice if the splash image in the code was resized a little during html/rst export. It's size is 3.1Mb (probably just a copy of our own splash).

After somebody told me, I often resize it to real size (<700 MB, but can probably much smaller).
