What is the bug or the crash?

QGIS 3.34.4 fails to build with PROJ 9.4.0:

Operation needs translation in QgsCoordinateReferenceSystemUtils::translateProjection: mod_krovak

Full buildlog

Related change in PROJ:

o Add +proj=mod_krovak projection method for Modified Krovak that applies to S-JTSK/05 in the Czech Republic (#4021)

Build QGIS with PROJ 9.4.0

Versions

QGIS 3.34.4
PROJ 9.4.0
