What is the bug or the crash?

Hi,

after loading a CSV file into Data Source Manager, and closing dialog without adding a layer to QGIS, QGIS keeps connection to file on disk and doesn't allow any changes.

I haven't tested on Linux, only in Windows.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Start loading a CSV file via Data Source Manager.
Exit without adding a layer to project.
Try to rename CSV file on disk.

@hxbb00, it didn't fix the issue. QGIS 3.41.0-Master 88383c3 (OSGeo4W) on Windows 10.
