expectation_from_samples error after updating to Qibo 0.2.14

As discussed in Stefano's visit last month, the merging of #1489 into the main qibo repository has led to a conflict with the expectation_from_samples function in Qibochem.

@TL231 : Can you create a new branch and pull request to update pyproject.toml and poetry.lock with the more recent releases of our dependencies? (I think just update qibo to 0.2.14 and pyscf to 2.7.0) I'll fix the expectation_from_samples function there. Thanks!
