************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I've searched up all over online and haven't found a fix that suits my situation. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework multiple times. Also I tried

The Details say its a JIT debugging issue and i need to enable it for this software. I'm unsure how im supposed to do this for QMK toolbox

System Information

  • Operating system: windows 11
  • QMK Toolbox version: 0.2.2

Try running the .NET repair tool. You can also try flashing with the CLI.

ive tried running the repair tool and im not to confident in using the CLI is that a guaranteed fix?

You could try using DISM + SFC if you haven't already: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-file-checker-in-windows-365e0031-36b1-6031-f804-8fd86e0ef4ca

There are no guarantees in life, but trying the CLI is probably more productive than waiting for fauxpark to tell you your Windows install has a problem and close this issue again.
