After expanding the cluster, the aliens cannot be restored using the BobAlienRecovery, so it would be good to check that they are not there. If they are then stop process with error.
Additionally, I propose to add a flag SkipAliensPresenceCheck. By default, the check should be performed, but it can be turned off with that flag
