C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\61.0.3163.79\WidevineCdm

@duyicts It would be nice it you can make a PR. I don't have time to test this on Windows. Also, this task needs to be done manually so we need to a way to maintain this in the long-term.
