Rename table and edit schema from UI

It would be nice to be able to quickly rename a table from the UI and/or edit the schema (there's already a UI for create table, so it might be possible to re-use parts of that for an alter table UI).

Inline table editing would be another future request that would pretty much bring it on par with tools like DataGrip.

UI for schema editing is currently in the works as part of another project. I'll link this issue in to PRs as they become available so you can be apprised with the latest.
