align button need two clicks to open the menu

Might be related to #1219 and #1191

Steps for Reproduction

1. Visit http://quilljs.com/docs/formats/
2. Type "abc"
3. Click on the align button - menu doesn't open.
4. Click again on the align button and choose 'center'.
5. Click again on the align button - the button icon changed to align:left, menu doesn't open.

Expected behavior:
The align menu should open.

Actual behavior:
The first click does nothing. Only the second click open the align menu.

Platforms:
Firefox 50, Chrome 55 on Windows 7
