Confusing documentation on label_percent()

Hi,

The documentation on label_percent() (and probably some of its friends) is a bit confusing due to parameter inheritance.

Indeed, it says that the ellipsis is passed on to base::format() although it is scales::number_format()
Also, some mentions are hard to get, such as style_positive which is only described in ?number_format(). There is no direct link to number_format().
