Add document error: Unable to create type 'dnn:DnnDateTimePicker

I'm facing this error while trying to add new document, the popup window shows the following error:
Error: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unable to create type 'dnn:DnnDateTimePicker'. Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2013.2.717.40, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies

Which DNN version?

Could not say anything about Evoq Content - providing support for it is out of scope for this project.
I can assume they are removed Telerik assemblies out of the application.

The module should work with DNN Platform 9.x.x though - if you have any issues with it on DNN Platform 8 or 9, I'd be glad to provide you support.

Marking this as bug for now - until I test the module on DNN 9.6.2 or later.

The R7.Documents 1.11.3 is tested on clean DNN 9.8.1, 9.9.0 and also 9.9.0 upgraded from 8.0.4.
