Diminishing Returns Miss Cap
In the original 3.3.5 version of RatingBuster, the cap on Miss was only extensively tested for Warriors, and was assumed to be equal for all other classes.1
Since the format of the tests involves pushing regular hits off of the attack table, it requires a large amount of avoidance gear, but is in theory doable for all tank specializations.
With the template characters and gear available on the WOTLK Classic PTR, I replicated Whitetooth's series of tests with a level 80 Orc Death Knight.
Is Dodge Rating still bugged, providing its full undiminished value in addition to its diminished value?2
Equipped only the basic tank gear provided on template characters, replicating the stats used in Magey/Char's test and not aiming for any caps. Record hits from level 2 mobs.

In 22819 hits, I observed the same ~2.65% discrepancy in Dodge Chance from Dodge Rating observed by Magey and Char.
