Ability to give specific url and view org mode version #4

Is there a way I can give a url (eg https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51861577/python-list-function-or-list-comprehension) and have it converted to an org mode buffer? I don't think I will use search since I usually do search via eww and prefer that. Thanks!
