Bug: execute.nothrow.bg creates defunct processes #1

Run any command with execute.nothrow.bg and it stays in the process list forever until rTorrent is restarted. It looks like the child process is not exiting correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

Then check process list:

   29071 pts/6    Z+     0:00 [uptime] <defunct>
   29153 pts/7    S+     0:00 grep --color=auto defunct
   [shaca@mordor ~]$

This bug is reproducible on Debian 5, Debian 6, CentOS 5, Fedora 15
