[BUG] Rancher 2.10 - Can not Drain worker downstream node from GUI

Rancher Server Setup

Describe the bug

Navigate from Rancher UI to downstream cluster. Select worker node, cordoned. But when select the cordoned node nad then try to drain, the popup does not let to select any option.

Drain on Cordoned nodes has the expected functionality and the node can be also Un-Cordoned. The UI for Cordoning is no longer disabled.

Tested in RKE2 and Hosted clusters.
